3D4Kids is an edtech company with a universal global preschool platform and a marketplace for schools, independent educators, private tutor and parents.
We provide a total digitalization solution and customize to individual school's needs to prepare students with for good head-start to their primary school's education.
We are looking for a Happiness Officer who will be part of the global team servicing the Preschool Industry in the region.
You should have previous telesales marketing experience or customer service experience and have a good attitude and hunger to want to be successful.
Thorough training will be provided before you work remotely.
**Job Requirement**

Remote work

Have strict discipline to follow SOP and guidelines

Understanding long-term vision of the company and act as a go to person for the brand

Proactive self-driven attitude, to drive business growth to increase market penetration and learn fast with new business dynamics to achieve goals

Proactive communication abilities and good attitude with hunter and farmer approach

**Experience and Qualification**

Diploma/Bachelors in any discipline with sales and marketing experience is a plus.
Proven work experience in Sales, Business Development or Marketing

Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques and comfortable with presentation

Pay: Rp8,000,000 - Rp30,000,000 per month
