Supports all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided.
Manages the flow of questions and maintain a good relationship to guests within the Hotel, Apartment and Tenant.
Supports the tracking and resolution of service issues.
**Requirements**:
- Hands-on experience with Hotel Management software (PMS)
- More preferable for Japanese Expatriate
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management from a reputable school/university
- 1 or 2 years experience in similar position
- Strong affinity for and commitment to the hotel industry
- Strong market sense and results orientation
- Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws
- Willing to be placed in Karawang
