Position : Growth Officer Specialist
Working Location : Palembang & Medan
Employment status : 12 months contract
Job Requirements:
1.
Bachelor Degree is preferred
2.
Minimum 1 year (or 2 years) of experience in franchise retail or FMCG retail account engagement
3.
Familiarity with local retail marketplaces and dynamics
4.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
5.
Results driven, hardworking and responsible
6.
Able to work under pressure in a startup company
7.
Proficient in both English and local dialect
Job Descriptions:
1.
Responsible for ensuring Stores' revenue growth and Store Owner's profit growth in the assigned region through proactive engaging and supporting the store owners in their retail store operations
2.
Responsible for routine communications with Store Owners as a representative of the brand in a responsible and
timely manner; ensure a positive franchisee experience
3.
Conduct field visits of the stores on a regular basis for checking their operations against stores' standards and operations manual, and advice for improvement
4.
Collabrate with Retail Trainer to implement trainings in the stores, ensuring a good knowledge level of Store Owners and Store Specialists
5.
Ensure a good implementation of stores' marketing and promotions activities in the stores.
Provide advices regarding individual store's advertising or activities to increase its revenue
6.
Ensure a healthy inventory level in the stores
7.
Support Store Owners' business development plan and ensure quality location selectionPosition : Growth Officer Specialist
