About the Role

If you’re seeking a good challenge and a chance to take the next leap in your career, this role is for you. As our Growth Manager for GoFood, you’ll be part of a team that’s leading one of the fastest growing industries in Indonesia. You’ll take charge over problem-solving processes and execute solutions with focus on improving demand and growth metrics for the platform. Combining business strategy, customer experience, and behavior analysis, you’ll conduct experiments and execute campaigns that’ll encourage our users to experience the product’s core value as quickly as possible. In short, you’ll get out of bed every day thinking about new ways to solve exciting problems and grow the business, how cool is that!
What You Will Do

Take ownership of prioritized OKR metrics that lead to revenue and profitability for GoFood and define the right solutions to achieve incremental results
Discover business problems and growth opportunities in the business and customer metrics by exploring business data, transaction data, customer activity within apps, and actual customer insights
Operate single or a combination of multiple initiatives (e.g. content/communication, vouchers/promotion, product changes)
Validate solutions and other related hypotheses through robust experimentation and taking a statistical approach
Embed customer analytics insight as a rationale for all solutions
Optimize and automate solutions by leveraging Data Sciences resources
Present experiment and campaign insight to senior management to drive business and strategic decision-making on feature prioritization and impact analysis
What You Will Need

BS/MS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent field of studies
At least 2-3 years of experience in roles related to Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or Growth
Experience in a SaaS, Marketplace, Food Delivery or other technology companies is a plus
Strong business acumen, an end-to-end the problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in increments and exponents and balance attention to detail with swift execution
Proficiency in multiple analytic and database tools common within a marketing organization (e.g., Clevertap, Tableau) with strong knowledge of SQL and experimentation processes; understanding of Python and R is a plus
Excellent team synergy skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating with cross-functional teams
Strong project management skills to handle various complex projects and to prioritize multiple internal and external stakeholders
Ability to move and execute quickly to allow for continual iteration as it is a core competency of our team
About the Team

Meet the team that's in charge of scaling our GoFood platform throughout the region. As nasi goreng is to the people of Indonesia, we are to Gojek: providing the nourishment to sustain our business from the inside out.

Our GoFood Growth Planning & Operations team is based in Jakarta and comprises 8 talented individuals specializing in the PM, engineering, strategy and data fields. Our work centers around strengthening the business group through extensive market research to offer the best recommendations and promotions that are catered to each user's preferences. From recommending the best cheat meals in your area, to the restaurants offering the best lunchtime deals, we constantly seek out how to extend our product value through utilizing the most up-to-date data and market-based solutions.

Our team is particularly driven by our shared passion to always deliver the best we possibly can, and (of course) our common love of good food. Every month, we field millions of transactions on the GoFood platform. While this may already seem like a massive number, we're hungry for more. We are working on several projects now, including one about developing state-of-the-art mechanisms (via automation & machine learning) to lower our delivery cost, so that we can reach a wider customer base profitably.

Between running scripts and launching campaigns, you can most likely find us deep in a battle of Among Us, or building an alibi as the "Loyal servant of the Arthur" in Avalon (we are big gamers, if you couldn't already tell!).
