Job Description : You're daily routine willl be :Develop and analyze product strategy and plan to meet the vision and business needsCraft and live the vision of the product along with all the stakeholdersManaging product backlog and funnel in house team to runs smoothlyLead the team of PM to deliver solution and reach the outcome metricsCommunicate, listen, and become a problem solver to build an empowered product teamCollaborate with engineer lead in the assigned business unitDiscover product opportunity and prototype to find the most viable solutionManage prioritization on developing solution for the teamIncrease productivity and effectivity of team function or workflowUnderstanding the business and technical aspect regarding the productManaging the house that will be consists of several product clan, make sure the initiative is alligned with the company goals Requirements : You'll excel it, if you :At least 4 years of experience in product managementHave a passion and vision for the product you handleStrong knowledge of business and startup concept and theoriesExperience in empathizing with users and run design thinking principlesKnow a lot of product management buzzwords and not hesitate to do experiment with themAnalytical mindset and have a good grasp on leveraging metric and data to reach the product visionPose unwavering confidence and charm to evangelise the product and share the ownership of the product vision
