Aligning company values, procedures & strategies on regional levels
Troubleshooter & communicator between stakeholders & management
Disciplined to marketing, branding & sales activities
Forming executive & department head teams
Endorse training and staff development

**Experience**:
- Regional, CEO or Group: 6 years (required)
- South East Asian or Australian: 10 years (required)
- Senior Hotel and Resort: 10 years (required)
