Job Description Get to Know the Team The GrabMart Marketing team is responsible for all marketing activities related to GrabMart and Special Projects. We improve growth for the business and we are looking for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact.
Get To Know The Role We are looking for a Marketing Associate to translate strategy into execution planning. You will design Mart marketing campaigns, marketing offline activity, branding and sponsorship then monitoring its effectiveness. You will work with multiple stakeholders to ensure good Grab presence in nationwide-level and competitor analysis. Reporting to the Manager, you will work onsite in our Jakarta Head Office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Manage the development of marketing strategy to achieve target of growing GrabMart consumers base and promoting a good relationship with Grab partnersUnderstand business objective and collaborate with supporting functions (creative, PR, media buying, social media) to deliver campaign contentsManage campaign calendar with Marketing Partnership and Operational Business team to ensure campaign runs and communications sent out promptlyProvide insights around campaigns and content optimizationsCreate weekly report of our performance, campaign evaluation and next action item and report it to Marketing lead Qualifications What Essential Skills You Will Need You have a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or another related fieldAt least 1 year in a related field such as Marketing/CommunicationsCapable to deliver insights and presentationExperience establishing communication and engagement with prospects with multiple levels of stakeholdersProficient in Google Sheets, Google Slides and other system/tools to help implementation and trackingExperienced in coordination of projectsProficiency in English both written and verbal Additional Information Life at Grab We care about your well-being at Grab, here are some of the global benefits we offer:
