Goodyear Site Representative - Tire Technical

**Goodyear. More Driven.****Responsibilities**:- Conduct all of tire scrap analysis for the user, then the user will receive Goodyear's removal reason,- Inspect a sample of operating tires as mutually agreed with the user. Also, provide comments for inspected tires,- Join the tire Environmental Care Audit team for all KPC operational pits at least 1 time in 1 month each pit.- Training & Awareness regarding tire for Maintenance and Operation- Conduct TKPH analysis for tire operating in the most extreme condition and develop a report to the user,- Conduct a survey of a sample of operating conditions that are to be inspected and commented (OSM)- Conduct heat study in tire operating in the most extreme heat conditions,- Provide payload information and analysis to the user on the tire relevant capacity to show actual payload,- Check, record, and comment on all tire pressure inspection- Deliver a recommendation of what should the user do to increase tire performance (performance Review)- Join inspection upon tire arrival, warranty claim, tire premature failure**Job Requirements**:- At least Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any relevant field- At least 5 years of work experience in handling tire repair- Good English communication skills- Strong background in customer service
