About The Role As a Region Merchant Partnership & Activation Manager, you will play a critical role in strengthening merchant relationships, driving expansion projects, and enhancing merchant engagement strategies in your region.
You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, optimizing sales processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve merchant activation and partnership effectiveness.
What You Will Do Analyze market dynamics, monitor competitor activities, and provide insights to refine regional merchant strategies.
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance merchant relationships, engagement, activation, and long-term partnerships within the region.
Drive strategic partnerships, identify problem statements and opportunities, and translate solutions and strategies into actionable items.
Manage the Region Dashboard, analyze key performance metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for regional teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, User Growth, and Operations, to foster business growth with merchant partners.
What You Will Need At least 5 years of experience in sales operations, strategy, or project management, focusing on market analysis and competitive dynamics.
Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and analytical skills to lead sessions and propose actionable changes.
Expertise in managing dashboards, analyzing data, and providing insights.
Strategic thinking and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
In-depth knowledge of regional market dynamics, competitor activities, and sales operations.
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
