**The Opportunity**

We are working with a well-established property development company with a solid presence in Indonesia.
Our client develops a wide range of mid-to-large scale real estate projects across various cities in the country from residential, office, retail, hotel, resorts, villas to mixed-development and integrated properties.
The
**GM**
**Operations** handles the overall planning and development projects of several types of mixed use developments and will need to develop strategies to drive new development opportunities to the market.
The C
**ountry GM** will work closely with the senior leadership team in the HQ.
The
**GM Operation**s will serve as the entity's country head and is responsible in managing the P&L, annual budgets and reporting on performance against targets to the senior leadership team in the headquarters and will be reporting to the Group CEO.
**Area of responsibilities but are not limited to**:

- Operations management
- Property management
- Business development
- Sales and marketing
- Project management
- Project development
- Implementation of SOPs
- Risk Management
- Staff management
- Stakeholder management
- Vendor Management

**Essential requirements**:

- Academic background in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Project Management or Engineering
- 20 years of relevant and solid experience in Indonesia's real estate industry, property investments and property development
- Highly skilled in operations within a property developer side, hands-on background and exposure in full-cycle project development, property management, finance, investment and/or asset management
- Held a similar leadership position (MD, COO, GM, VP, VP level) over the last 10 years
- Experienced in broad type of property assets: residential (high rise apartments, villas), Commercial, Retail/Shopping centers to Hotel/Resorts related properties
- Involved in a mid-to-large scale project development from inception to post construction (full project lifecycle)
- Exposure to investment and asset management activities in the company (an advantage)
- Demonstrated a progressive and stable career history
- Property developer extensive experience is preferred
- Effective communication skills with the local team in **Indonesia**; hence excellent skills in the local language and English are vital
- Able to travel often in other cities in Indonesia, when needed
