About the GM CRM Role:
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be accountable for securing future business by fully maintaining loyal customers. You would give them both tangible and intangible reasons to strengthen customer engagement to deliver exceptional customer experience in the most efficient and productive way, and create a proactive experience that leads to positive business output.
Giving input on the best option of how to implement relationship management and customer loyalty programmes stated in the marketing plan related to your area to the Marketing Director.
Developing detailed comprehensive plan for relationship management and loyalty with key persons from related functions and agencies, for approval from the Marketing Director
Giving input and direction on the best option of how to implement the CRM and loyalty plan in the field that has been developed, by also having alignment with other functions (sales, operational and human resources)
Liaising with internal stakeholders for an integrated communication plan in building strong brand loyalty and engagement of any touch points used for all products as part of brand loyalty programme for both customers and corporate customers
Following up and coordinating with the respected agencies/third party after the final direction is approved by Marketing Director, to ensure a smooth day-to-day implementation
Making proactive recommendations on local communication support for the programme to drive customer engagement and loyalty
To succeed in this role, you must have experience in managing internal and external teams.
Minimum of five years’ experience in customer relationships and loyalty
Supervisory/people management experience
Technical knowledge - basic professions – this job requires sufficiency in a specialised field based on an understanding of concepts and principles normally associated with professional or academic qualification.
Familiar with internal process, especially related to procurement and finance
Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital/social media
Self-motivated with positive professional approach to management
Good networking within the company and related third parties
