We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as a CEO Assistant. This role involves significant interaction with local legislative bodies and government agencies representing and protecting our organizations business plans and interests.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct research and monitor government activities that could impact our business and clients. Assist senior management with strategic planning concerning regulatory activities related to our business and industry. Build and maintain professional relationships with members of local government entities and agencies. Actively participate in trade associations and industry committees seeking leadership roles. Testify before government committees to support the organization and industry. Propose legislative and public policy changes that benefit our company operations. Perform additional duties as required. Requirements: Permanently working at Kediri East Java. Bachelor degree. 2 years experience in tobacco field is preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English or Chinese. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Established government contacts at local state and federal levels.
