Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service in German, ensuring a top-notch experience for clients. Communicate brand narratives and product information effectively to engage customers. Manage inquiries, process orders, and deliver thorough after-sales support. Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally. Team up with the sales team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases to provide valuable insights to customers. Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Experience in luxury retail or customer service is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction. Able to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic environment. Genuine passion for luxury brands and a solid understanding of the luxury retail sector. Willingness to embrace a fully paid relocation to Bali, Indonesia.
