General Services Section Head

**Job Descriptions**:

- Create a work plan for implementing Housekeeping and Security & Parking.
- Create an annual budget
- Make regular reports on the implementation of activities.
- Control the availability of manpower, equipment, materials for cleaning operations and supervise their use according to predetermined standard procedures.
- Carry out supervisory duties on the performance of House Keeping, Security & Parking subcontractors.
**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any majors.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as chief General Services in a shopping center/Retail Building.
- Experienced in leading the Housekeeping, Security & Parking Team in the management of the Building.
- Experienced in coordinating with agencies related to licensing and GA Building.
- Willing to be placed in Mall Ambasador, South Jakarta.
