RESPONSIBILITIES :Under the direction of the Chief of Investment Officer, to identify, create, and sell revenue opportunities through strategic positioning of property assets in order to achieve sales goalsGenerate prospective domestic and international clients through networking, reviewing applicable publications and targeted outreach plansReview and understand Marketing budget, Marketing financials and various related reportsSupport administrative elements and approvals of sponsorship/event deals including contracting, deal entry, proof of performance, payment collection, contract renewal, revenue forecasting and reportingAssist in the development of solid on-going relationships with partners and sponsors to address performance, execution, and future growth potentialAssist in the completion of all associated sales reporting including weekly inventory verification and updating as well as management of individual inventory requestsAssist with the promotion and implementation of platform programs in a professional and timely manner and measuring of resultsCoordinate components of live events and on-mall activations including hiring and working closely with outside vendorsKeep an up-to-date media contact list and maintain media networksREQUIREMENTS :Bachelor Degree in Social sciencePossess 3 years of experience in strategic planning and marketing, event management, and budgetingKnowledge of retail management, marketing and advertising and working knowledge of the media industryExceptional negotiating skillsEvent planning experienceWell-developed oral and written skillsSound fiscal management and budgeting skillsExcellent word processing, Excel, and Power Point skillsFlexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and evenings
