About the roleAs the General Manager of Operations (Factory), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company's manufacturing facility in Bogor, West Java.
This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of high-quality goods, while maintaining a safe and productive work environment for all employees.What you'll be doingDevelop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to optimise productivity, quality, and cost-efficiencyOversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of all manufacturing processes to meet production targets and customer demandsManage and coordinate the activities of various production departments, including maintenance, inventory control, and quality assuranceIdentify areas for improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operationsEnsure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulationsMonitor and analyse key performance indicators to drive continuous improvementProvide strong leadership and support to the factory team, fostering a collaborative and engaged workforceWhat we're looking forMinimum 10 years of proven experience in a senior manufacturing or operations management role, preferably in the shoe industryDemonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing principles, process optimisation, and quality controlExcellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse teamProficient in using relevant software and data analysis tools to drive operational excellenceTertiary qualification in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related fieldWhat we offerWe are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.
