General Manager

The Opportunity

Our sister brand (70k IG followers) is looking for a General Manager to be in charge of managing the brand with the help of the founders.
We are looking for someone who thrives in challenging and dynamic environments and is highly motivated, organized, interested in fashion, and easy to work with.
As a General Manager at our sister brand, you will be responsible in overseeing day-to-day operations of the brand while working closely with the founders, including but not limited to:
Formulate strategy ( inc. commercial and creative directions) and set goals for growth

Formulate and maintain budgets

Set and implement policies and processes

Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally

Oversee recruitment

Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance

Direct the employee assessment process

Prepare regular reports for upper management and/or founders

Formulate and implement solutions to issues

**Requirements**:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business or Commerce

Knowledgable in the fields of e-commerce/Direct-to-customers (preferably in Fashion)

Minimum 2 years work experience in a senior/management role

Pay: Rp8,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month
