Job Description Use data-driven analysis to identify operational improvements, leveraging insights to make strategic adjustments that optimize productivity and reduce waste.Build positive relationships with union representatives, managing labor relations to ensure a fair and cooperative working environment.Implement a data-centric approach to problem-solving, using real-time data insights to drive strategic and operational improvements.Regularly review performance metrics to assess business outcomes and guide resource allocation.Requirement Bachelor's degree Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.10+ years of experience in manufacturing management, ideally with a strong focus on supply chain, ERP, HR, and labor relations.Excellent English command, Mandarin fluency is a plus point.Proven track record of using data analytics for strategic decision-making and operational improvement.Experience managing labor unions, including negotiations, contract management, and employee relations.Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to align teams, develop talent, and drive organizational success.
