With a Bali-inspired, semi-outdoor design, it features a pool, live DJs, and a diverse menu.
The venue hosts a variety of events, from weddings to music performances, offering a unique blend of dining and entertainment in Yogyakarta.
Job Summary: The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the place.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing day-to-day F&B operations, leading staff, and driving business growth.
With a strong background in hospitality, event management, and food & beverage services, the General Manager will play a key role in maintaining high standards of service, profitability, and brand reputation.
Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional service and product quality.
Lead, motivate, and train the F&B team to deliver a premium guest experience.
Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Monitor and control inventory, ordering, and cost management for the F&B department.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions, events, and special offers.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Handle customer feedback, resolve any issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
P&L responsibilities : Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance for senior management Lead a team of marketing and sales professionals Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in resorts, beach clubs, or high-volume venues.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication (English & Bahasa Indonesia) and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in event management and customer service excellence.
Strong leadership with the ability to manage multicultural teams.
Creative problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for hospitality, entertainment, and guest-focused mindset.
Outgoing, energetic personality with a keen eye for detail.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
