Job Description
P&L Ownership: Develop and execute business strategy, manage budgets, and deliver financial targets.
Sales & Marketing Leadership: Drive growth in B2B projects and trade channels; oversee pricing, key accounts, and marketing campaigns.
Operations & Supply Chain: Ensure efficient production, quality compliance, and timely delivery through S&OP and cost optimization.
Team Management: Build and lead high-performing teams; implement KPIs and succession planning.
Market Development: Identify new opportunities, launch products, and strengthen brand positioning.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to HSE, regulatory standards, and risk management.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering; MBA preferred.
10+ years in building materials or related industry; 5+ years in senior leadership.
Proven track record in P&L management, sales growth, and operational efficiency.
