Salary: Up to US$140,000 Negotiable + Expat Benefits
Candidate MUST have prior Asian or South-East Asian experience within remote island luxury 5 star resorts
Managing production & presentation for a luxury remote location resort
Resort features more than 200 stay units and more than 5 F&B outlets and banqueting facilities
Single or Married candidates with no kids can apply for the role
Candidate must have pre-opening experience gained as a General Manager for high-end upmarket resorts located in remote island locations
Candidate must be highly creative and has the ability to inject motivation and innovation in the team
Candidate must be hands-on and have a social personality to be able to mingle with the guests and service according to their needs
Candidate MUST have excellent knowledge of human resources, food and beverage operations and sales & marketing
Candidate MUST have a very stable work history
Our client is managing a 5 star luxury resort in a remote location of Indonesia. The property features high-end facilities known for uncompromising quality in all services including Food and Beverage standards combined with world class accommodation, wellness, corporate and leisure facilities.Key Requirements:
It is essential that the chosen candidate will currently be working as a General Manager in a 5 resortin Asia / South-East Asiamanaging a property with more than 175 rooms and more than 5 F&B outlets
Candidate MUST have pre-opening experience as a General Manager for remote island luxury 5 star resort
Candidates should show a consistent longevity of service in each of their past senior management assignments holding a General Manager position for at least the last 5 years
A background in successfully managing human resources, rooms division, revenue management, cost control, sales and marketing and food and beverage operations is what the ideal candidate must possess
Candidate's Core Knowledge:
Must have a great eye for details
Able to manage the overall operation and work very diligently within the time frame and cost budget
Must have exceptional Sales and Marketing experience, customer satisfaction and quality to drive promotions and bottom line revenue
Proven track record with regards to cost control
Ensuring perfect coordination between individual departments
Very energetic highly visible and very PR orientated
Strong operational background with hands-on attitude to daily operations and exceeding guests expectations
Strong financial skills
Able to manage large multi-cultural teams with exceptional knowledge of human resources operation/administration
