SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, JAKARTA

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITY**:
To input into the general ledger from the various sources, to identify and reconcile the items affecting the balance sheet and to report on the financial results as required.
Interface with Department Heads from time to time particularly with food and beverage, credit control, data processing and engineering.
To communicate effectively with staff at all levels in achieving meaningful and timely information flow.
To monitor and maintain control of revenue and expenditure cycles.
To review and prepare final input into the general ledger from the various sources.
To identify and reconcile the balance sheet items and to prepare financial reports as required.
Ensure all payment transaction related to witholdingtax calculated correctly.
Ensure the all tax payment on time.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.
Fluent in English (oral and written).
Minimum two years of full working experience in similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand or tax firm consultant.
Bachelor degree in Accounting from a reputable college.
Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levels.
Flexible with working hours, willing to work shifts and public holidays.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
