Job Description Developing and implementing sales strategies for their specific general insurance products.Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve set goals.Building and nurturing relationships with potential clients.Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.Collaborating with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.Meeting and exceeding sales targets.Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Requirement A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.Proven track record in sales within the Financial Services industry (hunter).Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
