General Cleaner (Subcont)

Job Overview:

As General Cleaner to support TYRA TEG Project.

Key Responsibility/Accountability: Perform heavy duty cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, washing glass, windows & walls/panes and maintaining pantry neat, tidy & clean. Removing rubbish/trash from all rooms on a timely basis. Notifying Secretary/Immediate Supervisor for any repairs & alterations required in the occupancy area. Service, clean and supply restroom and the pantry with the adequate consumable items. Clean and polish furniture. Keep stock, issuance and maintenance of consumable items for pantry and restroom. Raise requisitions to Secretary/Immediate Supervisor for supplies and equipment’s. Additional tasks may assigned or requested by superior. High standard or safe working practice, quality and productivity as well as compliance with the code of business conducts Essential Skills to be demonstrated Flexibility in dealing with employees at all levels in the organization with good interpersonal skill and ability to work with all level of employees.

Basic Qualification :

Basic safety knowledge, housekeeper. Above 1 year + Relevant Experience. Minimum Senior High School graduate or process relevant experience.
