Job Responsibilities Oversee office and facility management, ensuring infrastructure, supplies, and equipment are well-maintained Manage internal procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management, while ensuring compliance with budget constraints and company policies Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities Oversee company vehicle usage and maintenance, ensuring transportation policies are followed Actively contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture through effective communication and engagement initiatives 1+ year of experience in People Operations, General Affairs, or Administrative roles Experience in procurement, vendor management, compliance, and logistics is preferred Strong problem-solving skills in handling office-related issues and implementing effective solutions Excellent communication skills with employees at all levels Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve GA-related issues Meticulous attention to detail in administrative tasks Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and proactively improve office operations Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
