Game Server Administrator

Play It Forward (PIF) is a Singapore based blockchain company behind the largest community of Play-to-Earn (P2E) games.
With over 7,000 gamers across Philippines and Indonesia, PIF is currently hiring a Game Server Administrator with a growth mindset, who deeply values maintaining good client relationship and excellent communication.
**Responsibilities**:

- To facilitate the onboarding process of gamers including initial screening, interviews and selection.
- To function as the point person of the Regional Operations Manager in organizing the process flow and attending to the requirements of the scholars
- To support for the daily concerns and questions of scholars, team leaders, and staff;
- To communicate any pressing issues that need the immediate attention of the Management;
- To post notices, reminders, and warnings and to answer queries related thereto
- To support the implementation of solutions for issues among scholars, team leaders, and support staff and to maintain good internal relations among them;
- To ensure that the administrative processes are running smoothly and well documented with mínimal supervision;
- To respond to the community channels (i.e., Discord, Telegram) as well as social media channels (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, Discord, TikTok, YouTube etc.)
as needed;
- To find effective ways to keep the scholars, team leaders, and admin staff highly organized and motivated;
- To provide all other clerical and administrative support pertaining to the Guild operations
- Such and other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management from time to time, or as required to accomplish the Company's business objectives

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Business Administration or any related field
- Fresh graduate or 1-4 years experience in a similar role
- Willing to learn and with a can-do attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and able to operate independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills.
PLUS:

- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency.
- Fluent in English language

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
