A highly-respected FMCG manufacturing company is looking for a talented GA Head to take on a newly created role. In this job, you will lead a team to be responsible for all office services and general affairs across their Indonesia business.
About the GA Head Role:
In this critical role you will provide the foundational support and functional expertise by organising the resources for all general services throughout the organisation, this role is for leader in their field.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop or maintain policies, manual and procedures for general administration department in compliance with guidelines and local regulations
Premises management (property, facilities, maintenance, project)
Procurement and vendor management
Fixed assets management
Physical security and security system management
General services, this includes maintaining office supplies and stationary, and managing business supports staff
Travel arrangements
To succeed in this role you must have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with the management, across border and internal matrix.
Key Requirements:
Work experience in a multinational company is a must
Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills
Project management and change management skills
A global perspective, with sensitivity to multiple and diverse cultures
Strong business acumen, time management and priorities management skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be willing to be based in Cakung
