DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN General Responsibilities: Monitor work activities and reports from Sales Person under his/her supervision, and carry out coaching activities related with their performances and achievements.
Create report periodically of the team's progress and achievement.
Work together with Branch Offices, Divisions, and other Work Units in order to achieve business growth target that have been set.
Coordinate and control the Funding Wholesale Unit's activities with the Branch Offices.
To carry out duties and make decisions prudently taking into consideration risk management aspects, also to always maintain the Good Corporate Governance and involved in the Bank's preparation to face the Arsitektur Perbankan Indonesia (API) program.
Requirements:
Candidate should possess minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring Business, Management, Economics/Banking, or equivalent.
Experienced at least 3 year(s) in the same position from Banking Industry.
Have knowledge in Banking Products & Services, and Banking Regulations.
Good communication and persuasion skill.
Have wide customer database and strong relationship with potential customers.
Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and targets.
Strong integrity and punctual person
