Fulfillment Operation Control - Jakarta

Supervise daily operations within the fulfillment center, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.
- Manage inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent discrepancies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Enforce quality control standards to minimize errors and uphold product quality.
- Monitor KPIs related to order accuracy, on-time delivery, and productivity metrics.
- Provide training and coaching to fulfillment center staff on operational procedures and safety standards.
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fulfillment operations, preferably in e-commerce or logistics.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta & full WFO

Pay: Rp4,500,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month
