Freelance Motion Designer

world’s leading environmental organizations and brands to resolve a broad range

of systemic failures – from growing waste to overfishing, and illegal wildlife

trade to tropical deforestation.

As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for a creative Motion Designer

to make impactful animations as a way to address environmental issues. The ideal

candidate will have a solid motion design experience, be comfortable producing

different styles of animations and possess a strong storytelling ability. He/she

will have a proactive hands-on approach and ideally will share the passion for a

green lifestyle

Arrangement: Freelance project based from anywhere in Indonesia. Must be

available for collaboration during working hours.This opportunity will

prioritize Indonesian citizenship holder.

JOB PURPOSE

1. Develop motion design and animation projects to address our clients’

communication purposes

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Contribute in the concepting phase, coming up with ideas and solutions that

fit within the client’s brief

2. Produce scripts, storyboards and creative outputs required by each project,

aligning with the standards of our clients and their brand guidelines

3. Be a team player, working collaboratively with the rest of the Creative Team

REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

1. Solid portfolio that demonstrates mastery of storytelling, animation and

design, as well as integrating motion design with animation and video

editing

2. Showcase of diverse animation approaches in different styles and media

3. Proficient in industry standard animation software (Adobe Suite required)

4. Video edit to a given soundtrack - Sound design experience is a plus

5. Good visual and typographical notions and ability to adjust or design

graphic assets for animation purposes

6. Ability to work under pressure when approaching a deadline

7. Demonstrated interest in using communications to solve environmental issues

8. Proven ability to work as part of a team

9. Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
