We are seeking motivated and experienced administrators to join our newly established team in our Jakarta office.
With the description below:

- English Proficiency
- Proficiency in Excel
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal Presentation skill

**Qualification**
- Minimum 1 year experience.
- Capacity in a quickly changing and fast-paced setting
- Has a strong passion for building experiences and meaningful relationships for everyone
- Creative problem-solving.
- As you establish connections, you work to progressively enhance methods and materials.
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, and adept with Google Sheets and Excel
