- Have an experience work as food technologist at pastry bakery industry technology
- Develop formula of wide range of pastry, bakery, chocolate for B2B and Retail.
**Requirements**:
- Have experience minimum 5 years at Research and Development Food Technologist Pastry and Bakery
- Have strong knowledge in yield, shelf life, stability/frozen stability, make sustainable ingredient, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, HALAL
