Food Technologist Manager

Details of the offer

Lead production trial to scale up the product from lab scale to commercial scale.
- Research and optimize several processes to lay the basis for new or existing production lines.
- Have a knowledge about food handling system, factory production line, machinery.
- Have an experience work as food technologist at pastry bakery industry technology
- Develop formula of wide range of pastry, bakery, chocolate for B2B and Retail.
**Requirements**:

- Have experience minimum 5 years at Research and Development Food Technologist Pastry and Bakery
- Have strong knowledge in yield, shelf life, stability/frozen stability, make sustainable ingredient, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, HALAL

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
