Food & Beverage Operational Section Head

The position will take role of an operational manager who is responsible for all commercial, operational initiatives, and activities on the site.
- Develops initiatives programs to attract suitable tenants, build sales, profitability, and guest counts.
- Ensure the physical, aesthetic maintenance of the area including the utilities and facilities.
- Liaise with related parties within and outside the organization to ensure the achievement of the business objectives.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with the partners and stakeholders.
**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience preferably with exposure in operational areas from Malls and F&B or restaurant chains.
- Good understanding of basic operational practices, protocols, and procedures for multi-tenant areas.
- Have knowledge of profit & loss statements.
- Strong interpersonal skills with good verbal & written communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on flexible schedule including weekend assignments.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
