Essential Responsibilities
1.Stack-Unstack / Assembly – Disassembly gas turbine components. Re-adjust/setting gas turbine component to meet standard specification/dimension according to GE standard.
2.Weld and blend gas turbine component as per required standard.
3.Driving working environment for cleanliness, safety, comfortable and healthy according to EHS GE regulation.
4.Maintain and keeping tools, equipment, fixture, and any others working devices into their utmost condition to support working process.
5.Identified and report any discrepancies or defect to supervisor, engineer and/or quality leader.
6.Vouchering all working activities into KRONOS and meet the target timeline.
Role Summary/Purpose
Dismantle, repair and assembly component gas turbine as per GE standard process. Capable to perform welding, blending, distortion correction, using measurement tools setting and fitting during repair process.
Qualifications/Requirements
-Min. D3 engineering or Technical high school with excellent performance
-Capable to differentiate gas turbine part/components
-Capable to distinguished welding material for each gas turbine component.
-Capable to do assy./dis-assy. Gas turbine components as well as setting and fitting
-Master in operating machine tools, welding and balancing machine
-Capable to follow working procedure and working instruction
-Master in reading the engineering drawing
-Master in using measurement tools on under repair and finished components.
-Capable to write a working report.
