Your Key Responsibilities:
As a Manager in Performance Improvement Advisory - Financial Services, you will help clients toimprove their performance, help clients to defining their future target state capabilities, solvingtheir complex problems, as well as helping to deliver their strategic plans. In addition to, youwill have the opportunity to develop and grow your team in the areas of Digital & Analytics,Technology, Finance and Actuary in our Financial Services Organization (FSO).
Skills and attributes for success:Good understanding of economic or market issues and the ability to interpret their impact on clients
Type of work includes defining Business Model, Operating Model, Technology Architecture, Finance, Actuary and Technology & Digital Implementation
Leverage technology to continually learn, improve service delivery and maintain our leading edge best practices
Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
Excellent skills in both written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia and English
Strong presentation skills and proficiency in the use of Powerpoint, Word and Excel
To qualify the role you must have:Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting from a reputable institution
Minimum a 6 years of experience as with relevant Financial Services (i.e. Banking and Insurance) and Consulting Industry with international exposure / experience
Experience in delivering business blueprint, target operating model, digital & analytics, enterprise architecture, system integration for Financial Services industries (i.e. Banking and Insurance)
Ideally, you'll also have:Track records in dealing with senior stakeholders and managing demanding environments
People management skills to coach team members
Advanced degree (master degree or equivalent) will be an added value
