**What Will You Do**:

- Analyze financial data and develop financial models to support business decision-making
- Prepare financial reports, including but not limited to budget and forecast, and presentations for stakeholders across the organization
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support strategic planning and forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and identify areas for process improvements
- Develop and maintain financial forecasting models to support business planning
- Identify and track key financial metrics and trends to support decision-making
- Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed

**What Are The Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related field
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
- Experience in ERP especially Oracle Net Suite
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting is preferred
- Able to work independently
