DESIGNATION : Financial Planning & Analysis Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Role Purpose**:
Assist the Associate Manager to plan, manage, monitor, and analyze the company's financial health performance through financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting by considering the company's historical performance, business strategy and external market trend.
**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate standard process of budgeting and monitoring for the Company
- Initiate the standard of the management financial reports and processes involved
- Assist the forecasting process by actively update business and market changes to keep the relevance of the forecast & projection
- Coordinate with all divisions to make ensure budget monitoring
- Involve in other FP&A project and support other non-Finance projects
- Create management report for the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners and Head of Divisions consisting of the company's financial performance with clear and concise variance explanation and insights
- Combine and monitor daily financial transactions interfaced in SAP to understand trends and identify anomalies.
- Effectively manage reports in accordance with the agreed SLA
- Assist the Associate Manager to coordinate with the divisions in creating the division's annual budget proposal
- Consolidate all divisions proposed budget, perform analytical assessments on the company's financial
- Accurately budget tracking reports in accordance with the agreed SLA
- Support the company's month-end close reporting to ensure the reliability of information for the basis of monitoring
- Risk/Findings audit to be fulfilled
- Ensure staff are informed and trained to support good corporate governance in their specific areas of work

OTHER INFORMATION

Minimum 1 year of experiences in Financial Planning and Analysis in financial industry is preferred Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, from Bachelor Degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.50.
