Financial Controller (Open For Expatriates)

**Location**:- Surabaya- Surabaya**Work Type**:- Full Time- Experienced as Financial Controller in manufacturing industry for 7+ years of experience- Fluent in English- Willing to be placed in GresikQualification:- Qualified Accountant (preferably Chartered Accountant) - any other related qualifications would be an added advantage- Extensive experience in finance and accounting ideally in a manufacturing industry- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in a managerial position (for Finance / Accounting / Tax)- Willing to relocate and work in Gresik (East Java, Indonesia)Functional Competencies:- Strong analytic and financial modelling skills & IFRS- Good multi-tasking, organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills- Meticulous and good business acumen- Wide network and manage relationships at different levels- Risk Management and effective decision-making skills- Knowledge sharing in the areas of technical and non-technical- Proficiency in accounting software's- Maintain good internal control systems for implementation of policies and procedures**Responsibilities**:- Lead and monitor the entire function of the accounting team and allocate responsibilities to determine clear accountability.- Liaise and negotiate with bankers for better bank facilities & working capital management.- Review and finalize monthly management reports for the Group to ensure the accurate status of the financial position & compile variance analysis reports.- Monitor currency fluctuations and accordingly Forex hedge for the maximization of returns for overseas transactions.- Evaluate CAPEX expenditure pre-approval and post completion to monitor the financial justification for all significant purchases to ensure they are in line with business needs.- Coordinate with Tax consultants for all regulatory compliance and effective tax planning.
