Position: Financial Accountant
Responsibilities:
Coordinate for all related person in PT Silot Technology Indonesia, related joint-venture companies, and other parties
Prepare with management for the internal work process
Arrange, submit, follow up documents from related departments, VAT filing, Tax filing, quotations, PO, invoices, receipts, etc.
Handle inter-co transactions and oversea payment, including:withholding tax.
All accounting and finance functions:Book-keeping
monthly closing, AR, AP, Staff reimbursement checking
Process employee salary, CPF, reimbursement, cash advance, etc.
Prepare statutorily financial statement and work closely with auditors and external parties on financial and accounting issues
Cooperate with external audit company to complete the financial audit
Cooperate with external accounting firms to process tax filing
Assist with general office administration, as required.
Take on other financial projects as required.
Requirement
Degree in accounting, finance or related disciplines. ACCA or CPA qualifications a plus.
Minimum 1-3 years of post qualification experience in finance/accoutant role.
Highly proficient in Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, vLookups, etc).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure, detail-oriented.
Able to work independently and takes a hands-on approach to problem solving.
Experience in auditing would be an added advantage
Knowledge of MYOB
Able to communicate in English and/or Mandarin
Loves startups.
