Finance Staff (Insurance)

**Requirements**:

- 1-year experience in project management and/ or operations excellence role
- Experience in financial services/tech/e-commerce industry
- Strong MS Office skills: MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, including Google Sheet
- Comfortable working with data
- Good in English written/verbal
- High attention to detail
- Analytical skill
- Good interpersonal skill
- Prior experience in financial services/tech/e-commerce industry

**Job Desc**:

- Assist the Insurance program operational process (i.e.
payment processing, product maintenance tracking, data validation, agreement review, etc.)
- Liaise with internal teams (i.e.
finance, legal) and external parties (insurers, brokers & vendors) to support the Insurance program
- Provide data-backed insights on business operations to improve operations efficiency - Working under tight time constraints to deliver superior internal process
- Analyze and investigate customer cases and operation issues to derive conclusions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From Rp5,500,000 per month
