About the Finance Project Controller Head Role:
As the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for the preparation of annual budgeting, consolidated reporting (BS, P&L), rolling forecast and controlling budget, as well as the provision of comprehensive financial analyses that support business growth and expansion plans. Reporting directly to Head of Finance, this role is based in Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as an advisor for senior commercial management regarding all project finance issues
Monitor and report project achievement of actual performance against budget, KPI performance and business plan strategies
Allocate financial and personnel resources to the assigned projects and solve cases of resource conflicts
Continuously monitor the status of all assigned projects, and support the accountable Project Managers
Ensure the process of identifying, evaluating, assessing risks and opportunities, strategies and response activities are applied as defined
Monitor Project finances
Manage or support consolidation and completion of budget and forecast plannings for all projects, and ensure related reporting
Analyse and provide commentary on financial performance results as well as at consolidated state
Develop financial models, dashboard and analyse to support management decisions
Control and monitor the company’s budget and actual performance
Drive the company’s growth, profitability and performance by providing analysis on the company’s key factors – for instance revenue, costs, gross margin, EBIT, etc.
Be a business partner to the key stakeholders, operational teams in providing financial and commercial insights and analysis
Analyse and prepare financial and non-financial data (analyse revenue, expense, capex, etc.) to develop financial and performance insights
To succeed in this Finance Project Controller Head role, you will need to have minimum of five years' relevant experience in the manufacturing (project based) industry. You will also need strong communication, analytical, creative thinking, and leadership skills.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's (or above) degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
Minimum of five years’ experience in financial planning and analysis, business planning, reporting or commercial finance roles
Strong knowledge of reporting requirements, financial planning and preferred project business
Strong analytical thinker, proactive and independent
Advanced skills in Excel (experience in building comprehensive financial/forecasting modelling)
Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must
Strong finance business partner and hands on working with the operational team
