This role is vital for ensuring smooth cash flow and accurate financial records.
Responsibilities: Handling Accounts Receivable, including commission collections and insurance premium refunds.
Ensuring all accounts receivable are settled as per agreements and accurately recorded.
Sending outstanding accounts monthly, collaborating with the sales and business support teams.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer payments to resolve billing and payment disputes.
Reconciling transactions with insurance providers.
Confirming income transactions on bank statements.
Requirements: 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or credit control roles.
Preferably experience in the insurance industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve financial issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and stakeholders.
Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records.
Ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
