Finance Operations Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Plans, organizes, directs, controls and coordinates Finance Treasury and Collection programs and activities.
- Plans, directs, supervises, and coordinates work activities of subordinates and other internal team (such as: operational, sales, legal.
procurement and service management) relating to collection and payments matters.
- Manages, coordinates and controls company all aspects of cash receipt and cash disbursement flow to reach optimum Value.
- Manages, coordinates and controls all related issues for collection (for example; dispute revenue, long outstanding account receivables, unbilled revenue, audit findings, etc.)
- Review and Approve the Payment Voucher and release
- Payments to Vendor and Advance Payment comply to applied SOP/Policy.
- Report monthly LLD to BI.
- Review Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
- Preparing Weekly Cash Flow Balance and Forecast, report to Superior (GM Finance and BOD)
- Manages relationship with customer, vendor, and other parties (such as bank).

- Monitoring and controlling monthly aging of outstanding Account Receivables, Account Payables and Advance Payments.
- Completing other selective tasks given by the Superior.
