Finance Manager

The role of Finance and Accounting Manager is responsible for managing company’s financial accounting activities and other financial day to day operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cashflow, and other compliance standards. He or she should be familiar with ERP system from multinational company before. CPD is a required.
Job responsibilities
Monitor the day-to-day financial and accounting operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions) Responsible for contacts with banks, auditors, tax, and other authority within the finance area. Understands and follows GAAP and SOX requirements and other policies, while supporting internal and external customer demands. Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems. Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting. Responsible for monthly closing, analyze, reporting and validation of plans. Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries, and financial statements to guide senior executives in making sound business decisions in the long and short term. Perform and lead budget/forecast process and participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modelling for senior company leadership. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. Other occurring tasks within Finance and Accounting department. Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Several years of experience in accounting and finance role; superior mathematical skills; leadership skills and experience Understanding of data privacy standards; solid communication skills, both written and verbal. Deep understanding of business principles and practices, with Ability to act with integrity and withstand certain issues. Experience from to working to deadlines, with many tasks at the same time and able to work in flexible time. Familiar working in Matrix organization using EPICOR ERP and Oracle Hypyrean system.
