Finance Manager

An excellent Finance Manager job has just arisen at a multinational not-for-profit and charity company based in Bali. In this job you will be responsible for accounting and finance matters for the company along with other ad hoc issues.
About the Finance Manager Role:
This position will be a critical role within the finance/accounting division reporting directly to the global finance and be a strategic partner to the country head and business line heads in managing the business. Based in Bali, this is a great opportunity to join the finance team of a multinational company.

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on day-to-day management of the project finance function

Grant management for project funding

Ensure delivery of financial reporting to project funding on a quarterly, bi-annually and annual basis

Manage collection and processing of monthly KPIs from each team member

Manage the audit process

Manage procurement and payment processes

Manage petty cash reimbursement for each location

Prepare budgets

Constant drive to improve and automate the finance function and internal control procedures in line with procurement rules and group policies

The successful candidate must possess good communication and strong business partnering skills.

Key Requirements:

Based in Bali

Minimum of five years’ experience in a similar project finance role

Experience with procurement

Basic knowledge of taxation in Indonesia

Finance and accounting background

Ability to stick to time constraints
