Finance Manager

A Finance Manager job has become available at a multinational manufacturing and production company based in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three to five years of experience in budgeting and reporting knowledge within the industry. In this job, you will be responsible for all finance and reporting matters for the company along with budgeting and controlling.About the Finance Manager Role: As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end accounting finance and reporting to the Financial Manager South East Asia.Key Responsibilities: Month-end closing of the books and timely deliverables of requirementsEnsure compliance with GAAP and group accounting standardsReview balance sheet accounts reconciliationsPrepare variance analysis against budget and prior yearsManage external auditors and statutory reporting requirementsEnsure overall tax compliance, accuracy and timeliness of company’s tax reporting.Identify and mitigate tax risks by improving processes and implementing best practices To succeed in this role, you will need to be technically strong in accounting, finance and tax.Key requirements: Bachelor's (or above) degree in accounting or equivalentMore than three to five years’ experience in financial analysis, reporting and systems implementationBrevet A and BGood command of EnglishA team player and able to work independentlyGood track record of managing and developing teamsPositive, driven, enthusiastic and ambitious for the business This multinational manufacturing and production company has an outstanding reputation in its field and great value is placed on training and development.
