Your Role
Ensure all the accounting transactions and reporting on time and following accounting standards.
Be responsible for tax and internal controls eliminating any risk for the company.
In addition, this position will be responsible for SAP implementation.
A Typical Day
Handle all appropriate tax returns, including but not limited to, computation, preparation, filing and payment as required, and responsible for related tax accounting and reconciliations.
Ensure overall tax compliance, accuracy, and timeliness of company's tax reporting.
Identify and mitigate tax risks by improving processes and implementing best practices.
Responsible for tax audits, tax objection, and appeal processes in Indonesia, with the support from Regional Tax.
Coordinate with Internal Accounting Shared Services on all matters relating to statutory requirements and General Ledger on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis as needed.
Handle overall process of annual financial audit.
Manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and advisors to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
Prepare ad hoc reports related to statutory reporting and perform process initiative engagements from time to time.
Lead compliance matters in Indonesia in collaboration with BA/SA teams, including ECS, Compliance Reviews, among others.
Who You Are
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or other relevant disciplines
At least 5 years of finance controlling experiences with auditing/accounting/tax background
Experience Accounting/Tax/Compliance
SAP knowledge
Strong communication (written and spoken) both English and Indonesian
Experience for working in big four companies (KPMG, E&Y, Deloitte, PWC)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions
