Finance Controller

Requirement:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting or any related major
Minimum 6 years of experience in finance analysis and forecasting
Certified CPA
Financial Planning and Strategy, Managing Profitability, Strategic Planning, Vision, Quality Management, Promoting Process Improvement, Forecasting, Corporate Finance, Developing Budgets, Financial Skills, Dealing with Complexity
High integrity and opened combined with commitment to good governance
Excellent communication skills with all level including negotiating terms and conditions
Energetic with strong business acumen
Hands-on and agile towards risks and opportunities
Job Description:
Corporate finance: manage company policies regarding capital requirements, treasury, AP/AR, debt, taxation, equity, disposal sand acquisitions, as appropriate.
Improving financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, recommending actions to management
Develops finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives
Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
Work with senior teams to grow the business, formulating strategies and plans
Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports
Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies
Report to the CEO with timely and accurate financial information
Assist the CEO in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members
Ensure that company financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth
Ensure corporate budgeting processes are carried out and reviewed
Ensure that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met
