Finance Business Partner - Plant Operation

**Responsibilities**:
This position is a plant finance leader with a role as Finance Business Partner to support Plant Director.
The key activites are:

- Provide linkage of financial targets and weekly/monthly results to plant leadership and business center operating floor leadership.
- Regular review of operating results with plant leadership team including actions focusing on opportunities and areas for actions
- Participate with PLT to walk the shop floor (safety, quality and project walks)
- Participate in daily/weekly plant leadership team meetings
- Leading and presenting all reporting activities, forecasting and analysis including AOP, monthly/quarterly reporting, special analyses as needed
- Heavily involve and support during CBA management negotiation
- Resolve issue that are presented as key leader and facilitate cross functional discussion among PLT
- Driver of Strategic Initiatives (Zero loss thinking, Operational Excellence and others)
- Develop talent and finance structure to adequately support plant business centers
- Review all Factory Capital Ependitures plan and CPEM analysis

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum of 6 years working experience with at least 2 years in a senior managerial position
- Strong background in financial management, forecasting, and reporting
- Proficient in English
- Above average Powerpoint and Excel and exposure to forecasting tools like Hyperion or TM1
- Professional certification such as CMA is a plus knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles is an advantage
