Direct message the job poster from JD.COM You will be working closely with the local team and HQ, collaborating with finance and non-finance stakeholders to manage key financial and reporting activities.
You will also be responsible for implementing changes in the finance systems and applications to improve efficiency and compliance.
Job Responsibilities Financial and business analysis: Support business growth by providing financial insights and analysis.
Conduct financial and business analysis on a monthly basis to identify trends and provide decision-making support.
Budget preparation and review: Complete annual budget preparation and monthly review according to the Group's instructions.
Contract review: Review all types of contracts to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and the Group's requirements from a financial perspective.
Financial Reporting: Coordinate with HQ teams and auditors to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) in compliance with both HQ and local requirements.
Finance System & Process Improvement: Optimize finance systems and automate processes to improve efficiency.
Drive continuous process improvements in accounting and financial management.
Other finance and accounting related work coordinated with HQ when needed.
Requirements Based in Jakarta (Indonesia), proficiency in English and Indonesian.
Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or related field.
More than 5 years of relevant experience in Big Four accounting firms or the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of finance processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing stakeholders at different levels.
Self-motivated, independent, analytical, and results-focused.
